Pros: I just received this laptop about 3 hours ago, but I am totally in love. It had 3/4 charge out of the box, and i have been using it for a few hours now, which is great for a quad-processor. other pros: the trackpad is awesome, i have never seen such a good one, and I work on computers for a living. Normally, I have to plug in an external mouse, because as you slide your finger across the trackpad, it randomly clicks things on any other laptop. this is a grat trackpad. not much bloatware quick response time for loading apps great screen, not too glossy great hard drive good amount of ram full numeric keypad fabulous price great shipping and of course, newegg did me right, as always. go newegg!
Cons: these are minor, and are what to be expected in a notebook for such a great price. once again, minor, and common to many of these similar models. the speaker is worse than most laptops, but if i wanted a sound system, i would buy a sound system. have not tried the graphics, but i hear they are not super, but i am not a gamer. they keys on the keyboard seem a little flimsy, and if you are a writer, you may want to use an external keyboard. finally, there are no caps lock, or num lock indicators, as with earlier models. none of these are big issues.
Overall Review: overall, a great computer, unless you want to run high end games, but then again you do not pay this low of a price for a gaming system. It is a beautiful machine, and I will update my review as time goes on.
