Does this come with speakers?

We bought 2 of these for employees. Our systems did not come with speakers. You can get a monitor with speakers, or simply get speakers that plug in.

is this a refurbished computer?

This is a brand new computer, works well and is fairly quick. DVD drive is a half height caddie, so it is a little flimsy to my liking.

Yes.  It has a vga and an hdmi.  It does NOT have DVI or display port.

This PC has the capability to connect via Wi-Fi, yes. I know this because I bought it for my sister in law and placed it in the corner of her kitchen and connected it to her wireless network.

Also, if you look for this PC's specs under Communications, you will see it has WLAN: 802.11ac.

I never wrote a review, but I'm happy with the purchase so far!

Does it have a DVI connection?

No. There are only one VGA and one HDMI. However, my two monitors work perfectly fine on it with dual display. (You may need extra cables)

Yes, absolutely  you will. I purchased two 27'' separate monitors and still using, automatically both defined, I just picked one of them as a main monitor. you can drag any window to other monitor. enjoy

Does the computer come with Microsoft Office?

It didn't, but my windows came crashed.  But since I had  a SSD drive I installed a new windows on the SSD so I'm not sure if it comes with the demo or not. Since I've still yet to receive  the thumb drive that was to let me put default windows on the Main Drive.

Does the  ATC-780A-UR12 have a DVD burner?

Yes, but it is very slow.  In my opinion, at 8x write speed it's okay for occasional use but if you'll be making a lot of DVDs or CDs I would recommend upgrading the DVD drive or an external DVD drive.

Does this computer offer dual monitor capability?

Yes, it has both VGA and HDMI outputs. When I connected the HDMI to a separate screen (already using VGA), by default it displayed the 2nd desktop. Thanks for the inspiration to see if this would work :)
