Does this have wireless connectivity to a Wireless Router?

I haven't unpacked mine as yet, but looking thru the specs, I do NOT see a WiFi ability mentioned. Desktops don't normally have that function built in, as you usually connect hardwire to a network via the RJ45 connector. You can add a WiFi Card or get a simple USB WiFi adapter fairly inexpensively if you absolutely need WiFi.

There are only two memory slots and with current memory modules in the market, you are looking at 16 GB (2 x 8 GB).

I need a computer for business and want to use 2 monitors would this be a good system?

The machine comes with one HDMI out and one VGA out that will accommodate two monitors.  My preference would be to have two DVI, two HDMI or one of each (they have essentially the same resolution/functionality) for a two monitor set-up, but since I do different tasks on each screen, it hasn't been a problem for me.  Depending if you want the monitors to be linked or if you need the same type of output connection, you may need additional cabling or to add a video card.  You may want to contact newegg or Acer for their suggestions for your particular set-up.  Please keep in mind this is a small form-factor box that isn't designed for a lot of add-ons.

When I contacted Acer, their technical representative did not recommend upgrading the 220W power supply.  220W is very light for running add-on video cards.  There are a few video cards that require 300W per their specs that could work, but you're taking a risk.  There is not a whole lot of space for cards inside the box, meaning not much of the card's contents can be above or below the width of the connector bracket in order for it to fit.  Newegg's tech support was able to make some suggestions.

Lastly, the machine comes with 4GB of RAM and there is one open slot for additional RAM.  While an additional 4GB to bring it to a total of 8GB would be acceptable, adding a 1x8GB RAM card to bring the total to 12 GB of RAM will improve the performance.

No, but you could easily get a USB wifi dongle and be good to go. Not expensive.

Yes. The base unit comes with 4 GB of memory (which is plenty for most people)... However if that's not enough the it's expandable up to 16 GB.

What is the difference between 500 GB or 1TB?

A 1 TB hard drive has two times the storage capacity of a 500 GB hard drive. 500 GB + 500 GB = 1 TB.

The Specifications say that this Computer has a DVI video connector yet the pictures show only and HDMI and VGA connections. Is this an error?

The unit has HDMI and VGA ports for video only.
If your monitor has DVI port, you have choice of buy a converter from HDMI to DVI or replace the your video cable to the monitor with one end DVI and the other end HDMI. The HDMI to DVI cable is better choice but it cost a few $ more.
