Is the video card integrated or it can be upgrade?

These towers come with AMD APU graphics that are part of the Accelerated Processor Unit that is tightly integrated with the processor on the same chip. But as this is a standard ATX case I am sure the motherboard has a PCI-E slot for a dedicated video card. The power supply is only 300w, so if you do get a separate card then make sure it does not require additional power input. The APU graphics should be adequate for 1080p resolution gaming with the settings turned down a bit. See reviews of the A8-6500 APU !

Will the MSI Radeon HD 7770 PMD1 graphics card be compatible with this computer?

Sorry, I don't use expanded graphics on my computer.  I can say the Acer has been easy to load softwear into (e.g. Microsoft Office for Students, Canon Digital Camera and Epson printer0.

Internal slots? And are they populated or available for expansion?

There are four ram slots, 2 are populated; there is also one PCIe 1x slot available which I used to add a stand alone sound card.
