Does this monitor power on automatically when plugged in?

When you power on this monitor:

-If no signal is available the power indicator stays yellow (standby)
-If you power on your computer it will turn blue and wake from standby
-If you power off your monitor it is off and will not power itself on.

So technically you have to leave it on, and it will go to stanby/sleep mode if no input.

This monitor does not come with an internal webcam. You will need to get a separate one if you buy this monitor.

I don't really understand the question but I bought this and have been loving it. You have to plug in the power and the video cable and then the power button is on the bottom of the screen.

The monitor has the jacks for both VGA and DVI. I think most monitors do these days. You can't use them both at the same time of course, but both jacks are there. It does not have the smaller connector that carries both video and audio (can't think of the name of the connector since coffee hasn't kicked in yet), just the blue port for VGA and the white one for the DVI cable. This is a good monitor especially for the price, just keep in mind you will want to turn down the brightness, WAY down. It may not affect you as much but I'm light-sensitive so I don't need stuff to be real bright in the first place. The image is very good and color is nice and even. Good luck!

Does this come with a stand?

It comes with the stand you see in the photo.  I detached it and am using it with a Rosewill monitor stand/clamp because I am using it in portrait mode.

This is not a scientific answer, but I'd guess you can see text up to about 60 degrees. You can see graphics even further to the side.

According to the specs, it's 10.1 lbs, but I don't know if that includes the packaging.  In my opinion, it weighs less than that.  I actually have mine wall mounted, so it becomes even lighter when you take the base off.
