There are no provisions on the rear of the monitor to mount onto a wall. Table stand only. Excellent monitor though.

If you mean, side by side, sure. The bezel around the screen is extremely thin so it looks more seamless than most monitors.

This monitor cannot be mounted on a wall mount though. You will have to use the stand that comes with and is made for the monitor.

Does it *actually* come with all the cables shown?

It actually does!  I was quite impressed.  Power cable, DVI, HDMI, VGA, and an audio cable.

What is the height of the monitor when mounted on the stand?

It is 17-3/4" to the top of the monitor from the base when on the stand. There is 3-1/4" clear at the bottom. The monitor is 14-1/2" top to bottom.

Question 5

I hear there is no VESA mounting available.
I want to buy a triple monitor stand that has both 75mm x 75mm AND 100mm X 100mm mounting holes.
Will this monitor mount to either of those dimensions?

Unfortunately, this monitor doesn't have VESA mount.
But other than that, it's a pretty good monitor I can say.
For VESA mount, I had to go with 3 x LG E2722PY-BN though.

is this monitor good for my future gaming pc?

Hmmmm?, is it just me!? .."Someone back me up here!"...
I've Been using PCs since monochrome displays, original Number Munchers game, (over 26 years!). 
So based on my experience & understanding, and IMHO this monitor is NOT good for gaming, graphics/movies,etc! 
 Honestly, I'm not sure if I got a faulty one (I doubt it), but it has: 
*Too much trails(pixel lag) in moving images (too much blur/ghosting). 
*Light bleeds too much in all four corners with darker images, black is worst! 
*Stiff buttons need to be pushed too hard to trigger causing the need for TWO hands... 
*It has a very high pixel pitch (less definition) = Less image quality.

Anyway, for the price, there are better monitors to enjoy for gaming and graphics, movies, etc... Future monitor for gaming = NO.

I am looking to buy a couple of  these as my monitors. could somebody tell me how thick the trim around the front edge is? It's an important figure to consider for dual monitors, but unfortunately is never included in the specs.

The top bezel is exactly 7/16th of an inch.  The left and right bezel is a pixel shy of 1/2 inch.  Finally the bottom bezel is 3/4th of an inch.

Some other things you may like to know.
The screen has a gloss finish, rich color and is fairly bright.
There is little to adjust in the menu and the settings do not stray far from the defaults.
The speakers are fair, and will work from either the hdmi input or the 1/8th audio jack.
I have been very pleased with the monitor, and I have had it around 2 years now, but having almost an inch between screens when running multiple monitors may not be ideal.

Yes, I believe it does, although my system does not use them.  The set-up control menu on the monitor includes a speaker volume setting.

Will the HDMI cable that is included fit my Mini HDMI port on my GTX 650 card or will I need to buy an adapter?

The cables that comes with the monitor are a standard HDMI and standard DVI cable. If you wish to use a mini HDMI it will require an adapter

I notice this has speakers but does it have a headphone jack?

There is no audio output (headphone jack) from the monitor.  It has a 3.5mm(1/8in) audio jack for input, or it can use the hdmi port for audio in.  However, the hdmi audio in only works if you use the hdmi connection as the main display method.
