will this work with an Nvidia GTX470? Will I get the 4k resolution?

Monitor is great, but pretty sure the max resolution for gtx470 isn't 4k, so probably won't meet your expectations.  If you're going to game with it, put a little more money into the graphics card.  Also, consider OS support for 4k.  Currently running win8 and win10 with no scaling issues, but not perfect.

Does this monitor have a matte or glossy display?

The screen itself is matte. The bezel is glossy.

Does this monitor come with any cables? Do I need any additional adapters to connect with a mac pro?

Can anybody open the monitor and look what kind of interface the LCD panel inside monitor has ? (LVDS or V-by-one)  or just describe cables from controller board (not inverter power boards) to LCD. Usually controller board has one (v-byone) or several (LVDS) main flat cables, and there might be one small aux flat cable in addition to that. Pic would be great. Or just post LCD panel model number. Im trying to get a 4k panel for my hobby project.

Can the monitor play games at 1080p without having the display freak out? I.e lowering the resolution down to 1920x1080 for gaming.

I've been finding using less than 2560x1440 resolution makes the visuals very slightly fuzzy.

Question 5

Some retailers have HDMI 2.0 (4K@60Hz) in the spec's for this monitor. Can someone please verify if this monitor has HDMI 2.0? Anyone running HDMI 2.0?

it does have HDMI 2.0 but i've personally had a no signal problem from it sadly so i think the port might be dead on my end.

Hey,

Was wondering if this display is mountable and how the top and bottom bezels compare. Thinking about 3 in portrait mode for Eyefinity. Need to know if top and bottom are roughly the same size.?

There are 4 holes in a square pattern that look like screws go in them on the back, if that is what is used for mounting monitors then yes, it is mountable.

The top bezel is ~1.8 cm
The bottom bezel is  ~1.95 cm

And since I have my tape measure out, the sides are exactly 2 cm.
