short answer, get your RAM to 16 GB and yes it will run no problem on minimum requirements.
long answer, after upgrading your RAM to 16 GB the only other thing you'll need to upgrade in order to run at the recommended requirements is the graphics card

I have an older version of this PC. I was able to buy matching stick of RAM after a bit of a search. However, In case of my PC, I was not able to OC above 2666, even when I swapped RAM. The Bios in my older model did not support XMP profiles. I am not sure if that’s the case here, with this model
