everything except for visual display cable. I would recommend getting an hdmi cord for it if your display has that input method. other than that the keyboard and mouse are wired and it comes with the power cord.

How well will this run World Of Warcraft, Warlords?

It runs Civ V very well on single player (CPU-demanding) but there is a small glitch with the animation scenes, easily fixed by lowering video quality.  As WoW is probably more videographic-demanding than Civ, you might run into a problem.

My level of computer knowledge, and thus the relevance of this answer, is somewhere between novice and apprentice.

The manufacturer website states a 500W power supply comes with this, while the NewEgg listing shows 300W. Can someone verify which it is and if they have time, list the amperage supplied by each rail?

its just about 500 watt, I opened it up and it said 480 I believe

Which video card does this actually have? I'm seeing GTX 645 in the spec breakdown but it bullet points a 745 at the top

It is the 745, it was a gpu that was designed for certain manufacturers to run in their machines. It is a fairly good card.
