What is the total outside width? Not the screen itself, but the whole thing? I am fitting into a cabinet and need to know the actual width.

Sorry for the late response. The monitor was in a crate being shipped back from a convention.

Measurements are 24.5" wide X 14.5" tall X 1.75" deep

Question 2

Does this display have speakers?  I see in the pictures that it has a 3.5mm jack on the rear, but nothing about speakers in the specifications.

No, the jack is an audio out so you can use speaker if you are using an HDMI.

From the base to the top of the screen is 17 and 1/8th inches.  The screen itself is 14 and 1/4 tall.

Question 4

i installed Windows 10 and now this monitor isn't working. Has anyone else had this problem with monitor drivers? Did you find a solution?

Yes. This happened to me when my IT person upgraded my computer to windows 10. The solution was to make an adjustment in windows so it would recognize the monitor existed.  I do not have my notes available right now on exactly what the adjustment was, but my best memory was that it was early in the boot process, not something accessible from the control panel.  Hope this helps.  (If you need it and there is a way for you to ask newegg to ping me again, I will see if I can find my notes about this and give you a more exact answer.)  This has been a good monitor for me, even though windows 10 burped when it (win 10) first saw the monitor.

Question 5

Can this monitor be tilted forward to 90 degrees ie; straight up and down? In the picture it is tilted back, can this be adjusted?

I have mine tilted at 90° straight up and down.  No problems.  Easy adjust.
