I connected this monitor with an HDMI cable to my newly built pc without any os, the screen went black before it told me that the input was not supported, can anyone help me? I have an RX 570 Armor 4G OCV1

Was there a message saying it was not supported? Which motherboard are you using? Does it support integrated graphics? Is the monitor auto-detecting input?

Try these steps:
1. Re-seat the CMOS battery with computer unplugged. After doing so, press and hold the power button for 15 seconds, then plug the computer back in and boot.
2. Ensure the cable is plugged into the graphics card and not the board. 
3. If you have another monitor, try using it to install graphics drivers.

For the monitor:
1. Check for lines on screen.
2. Ensure the HDMI plug is intact.

Chances are it is either the board or the graphics card and not the monitor that is causing the problem however it is refurbished and there could be an issue that has developed during shipping.
