Thank you I ended up going with an ultrawide in the end but This will definitely be a consideration when I go for triple monitors! I have an Asus currently and the colors on it are amazing.

Is the back setup so I can mount it on a stand?

If you are referring to a Vesa mount,  yes,  it has the 4 standard bolt holes on the back for wall mounting or mounting on a bracket.

Will I be able to plug my wii into this and use it?

I am using the DVI connectors, or at home I got a conversion from DVI to Display port.
