Is there typically firmware upgrades for monitors like this? Seems to have issues resuming from when Windows turns the screen off. After flickering a bit, the other dual monitor will be set from extended to just the other screen. Restarting the computer fixes the issue, as does changing the Windows settings to Duplicate and then back to Extend. (Using Windows 10 and an HDMI port on a Radeon RX 570 with another 1080p monitor also on HDMI.)

I also have 2 of these monitors on a Radeon RX 570 (with latest drivers). One is on a display port and the other on HDMI and I have got the same issue on both. One (sometimes both) monitors will not turn on after they go into sleep mode. Then the display settings fall back to 640x480 and I can never switch it back to 3840x2160. I will have to either unplug the monitor's power or restart the machine. Both these options were impractical so my only option was to change the power settings to never put my monitors to sleep. If you find a better solution, please post it here.
