Does this monitor have a glossy screen, or does it have an anti-glare coating? Thanks!

I'm not sure if it's a coating or just the construction, but these monitors in particular have pretty much zero glare. Very little reflection, even when they're turned off. You basically have to be shining a spotlight on these things for it to be an issue. I actually have four of these in a square configuration, and they're all identical in terms of glare and color, without messing with any settings.

Does it have the 4 holes in the back for wall mounting?

I have the S220HQL Abd, and it does Not have the VESA mount Holes. The back is not flat, bottom section is much thicker.

Can you hook up speakers to this monitor? If so how? I have a Cooler Master 430 elite Case

No you can't, but I plugged my speakers directly to the tower so I can still have sound !!!

Im buying an Acer pc with this hoping to be able to get Ultra settings out of it on Elder Scrolls Online will this monitor fit my needs?

This is not a question of what monitor to choose, but rather what video card the computer you're buying will have. Acer doesn't really have gaming PC's, so my guess would be that you're NOT going to be able to run anything halfway decent with it unless you manage to upgrade the video card. Any flatscreen monitor will work as long as the video card is capable and the power supply strong enough to run it, that's the key.

Does anybody know the vertical viewing measurements of the screen?  I can't find the measurements of this device without the stand.

Really? Because it's listed right under the Specs tab.  Has it listed with and without for dimensions and weight, but here you go:

20.0" x 15.37" x 8.14" with stand
20.0" x 12.01" x 2.05" without stand

Assuming you asked for the "viewing" height, I'm going to guess you're not looking for those numbers given; however, the answer is basically just as easy. Just use Pythagorean theorem that you should have learned in elementary school. I guess I can save you the trouble of figuring out how to do square roots in the windows calculator.  The diagonal dimension of the actual monitor is ~23.32" So, you know the dimensions w/o the bezel are roughly going to be 2" less than what's given.  That's 10" height in landscape and 18" in portrait.  Obviously, there's going to be some decimal differences one way or the other due to rounding but unless you're working on a project that you're spending billions to send to Mars - and judging on the monitor, I know my answer - then it's close enough for any purpose you're asking for.  Hope that helps.
