Question 1

Will this do a TOTAL SOLID STATE HARD DRIVE TO SOLID STATE HARD DRIVE cloning, so

that either drive AFTER CLONING can be exchanged as  the SINGLE  MASTER OPERATING

SYSTEM DRIVE for Windows 7 OR  Windows 8  O/S ???

I uninstalled it once I tried to register.  Turned out newgg's special was for outdated version so I could not get the advertised "extra" tools.

I also found it very invasive .... was constantly making PC stall as it phoned home or indexed whatever it was doing.  Stopped the service and all the stall problems went away and that's why I uninstalled..... was planning to return it .... still sitting on my desk ..... but shipping was close to what I paid for it under the "special price".  Ghost comes free with a Samsung SSD so I used that to do what you are planning.

how many PC's can you install this on?

This version of Acronis allows for a license to install it on one computer.  However, you can purchase this same program that has a license to install on up to three computers for a slightly higher price.  Also, if you purchase another computer down the road, you can install this program on the new computer as long as you uninstall it on the original computer.

Can I make a Virtual Box Image with this version?

I would think that anyting on the HD when the image is created would be duplicated in that image.

I have never done it, but I can't see why Acronis would omit a VM from an image or clone backup file.
