Does "Acronis True Image 2017 - 1 Device" (as opposed to 1 PC) version allow for backing up, creating clones of and restoring computer disk drives or is it specifically designed to be used only for mobile devices? This distinction of versions (Device vs. Computer) and the explanations available on Newegg website are confusing. Thanks!

I have my set up to backup my internal 1TB hard drive to an external hard drive.  I also have it backing up my cell phone.  Although backing up the cell phone was done over wifi and was pretty slow.  But the interface is clearly set up to do both.   I also think the term "1 Device" is not real clear.

I am interested in using this so that I can perform a back up of MULTIPLE computers. Is this possible or is it licensed to only work on a single computer?

This is licensed for one computer only. You can purchase a 3 computer license or a 5 computer license...etc.

Question 4

I recently purchased an M.2 NVMe PCI-Express 3.0 x4 1TB drive, and want to clone my current drive, which is a 256 MB Sata 3 SSD drive. Would I be able to do this with this software? I know most of this software doesn't even recognize M.2 drives.

I am running a SAMSUNG 960 PRO M.2 1TB NVMe PCI-Express 3.0 x4 Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) MZ-V6P1T0BW 1TB, Acronis 2017 works great.
