Can you use a larger mem card with the reader? Say a 32 gb or larger?

yes. I have bought 5 of these. I love them. I use two for my car cause these light up blue like my aftermarket car stereo. I use the other three for my DJ mixer which also lights up blue. & with them being small I never have to worry about accidently hitting them.
