Just use the Cameras format program that is on the camera and all cards will work always use the camera formatting program my friend has messed up a lot of cards till I told him to quit using his computer to do them stopped having trouble .Really

Class (or speed) number is mentioned in three places:   once as CLASS 1 and twice as CLASS 10.    Which is it??

There are 2 specifications that define the speed of SDHC cards; the SDHC spec covering Class 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10, and the UHS Speed Class covering Classes 1 and 3.

SDHC Class 10 and UHS Class 1 both define the minimum speed as 10MB/s.

Can I use the included adapter with any other microSDHC card?

YES, it is just an adapter. there is nothing inside of it. The adapter just allows for the small contacts to match up with the larger, more spaced out contacts of the standard sd card.

Is this appropriate for a Go-Pro?

Yes, since it is a class 10 it should have no problem with the transfer and writing speed on the go-pro.
