Is this the regular Adobe Photoshop photo editor that is bundled? Because of the price I wasn't sure what is actually included.

Yes it is. I bought this bundled version and it includes the full Photoshop Elements 11 and Premiere 11. It is the same as purchasing the separate programs. Works great. In my view much easier to use than the full Photoshop program. The Elements interface is new and easier to see and navigate than the previous versions that had the darker interface.
