I bought the student teqacher but the code is not bein allowed to be entered once i ong into the adobe?

The product key you get from NewEgg is not the key used to unlock the Adobe software.  Since you have a Student and Teacher's Edition, you must go to the website "https://www dot identit-e dot com/adobe" (substitue "dot" for a ".") and enter that product key with your proof you are a Student or Teacher.  Once you have submitted that information, the identit-e website will validate and send you all the codes to activate the Adobe software.

Question 2

Is this an upgrade or a new install package?  Also will this work on Windows 7. (64)

It is a new install package. You need a *.edu email address to validate the purchase at Adobe's educational validation site. Use the code you get from Newegg there and Adobe will give you a product code. I had to figure this out through some trial and error myself so I thought I would save you some trouble.

I am using Windows 7 64bit and it works great.

Is this equivalent to a student version of Photoshop? Will this allow a student to edit and create photo presentations?

If your asking if Adobe Photoshop Elements 13 Student Version and Adobe Photoshop Elements 13 is the same Program yes there not any different from each other one just says Adobe Photoshop Elements 13 Student Version and other says Adobe Photoshop Elements 13 Version. If your asking if Adobe Photoshop Elements 13 and Adobe Photoshop CC or CS whatever are the same I believe they almost are I don't use the Photoshop Elements part of this Program that much but you can do just about the same thing with Photoshop Elements, just easier to use for people who don't know Photoshop CS whatever. Adobe Photoshop Elements has all the extra steps I believe taken out that you don't have to do like in Photoshop CS/CC just more user friendly Elements is hope this helped

Can I download this on both my i7 PC and my MacBook pro computers or can this only be downloaded on one computer?

Also you webpage on the main software screen shows this item for 79.99 but when I select item it comes up as 89.99 WHY?

I'm Sorry, but I personally can't answer your question. I bought the Photoshop students version a month ago by mistake and then find out I must have a student ID, I don't have a student identification so I can't access it even though I have downloaded it.  For the last month I have tried to get a refund on the student version and pay the difference for the Phototshop I want.  I believe you receive two licenses with each shop you buy, they sent me two versions so I guess, you could load it on two computers.
