I bought this thinking it would fit into a DVD drive bay...not the case...do you sell an adapter?

This unit fits into a 3-1/2" drive bay. A DVD player is typically made to fit into a 5-1/4" drive bay, and you will need a drive bay faceplate adapter to fit this unit into the larger bay. They are available from various manufacturers (search 'drive bay faceplate adapters'), including some case manufacturers if you want it to match the case perfectly. Alerenately, it can remain free-standing outside of the case, though it's mounting holes will be visible. Just stck-on some rubber pads or velcro to keep it from sliding around.

If the computer has only 2.0 USB connection will this AFT PRO-37U
work even at a lower speed?  Thank you.

Absolutely.  It will be theoretically limited to USB 2.0 speed.  Practically, it will be limited to the slowest speed of your device (card, phone, whatever), motherboard USB bus, or processor.  That being said, there are much less expensive items that would work just fine if you knew you were going to stick with USB 2.0.  I'd suggest checking those out.
