You will need to set up the button to whatever transmission you want in the ats or ets2 game, l10 speed, 13 speed, 18 speed, etc.
USB Gearshift Knob can be used as a switch to quickly switch between high and low gears, including two switchers, up to 18 gears and a custom setting button that can be set freely.
