Which graphics card fits for this? Will GTX 950 work?

I think the Node should be compatible with any modern GPU. The case is huge enough to fit GPU of any size and powerful enough to provide sufficient power to the card. I've tested mine with GTX1080, HD7950, and R7 350 and it's running perfectly fine so GTX 950 shouldn't have any problem.

Question 2

Could I replace the power supply with an 800W unit?

The Akitio Node takes a small form-factor (SFX) power supply.  If you can find an SFX PSU in 800w then yes you should be able to use it... but the highest rating I see for SFX on NewEgg is 750w (CORSAIR SF750 CP-9020186-NA 750W SFX 80 PLUS PLATINUM) but that's currently out of stock.  You could also go for the SILVERSTONE SX700-LPT 700W (Peak 750W) SFX-L 80 PLUS PLATINUM which IS currently available.  With that said, what in God's name are you running that needs 800w to power just the GPU?  I've successfully run both a 980ti and a 1080ti with just the power supply that this thing comes with.

I don't have much knowledge on this. I am looking for egpu for my Hp specter. I am thinking of getting this Akito Node and GTx 950. Please advice if this will work?

A quick Google search reveals people talking about using various Thunderbolt eGPU setups on their 15" Spectre x360's.  As long as your Spectre has a Thunderbolt port and supports eGPU over Thunderbolt, it should work.  You'd have to check with HP or do your own research on whether your particular model supports this, as I am not that familiar with the Spectre lineup.
