It does indeed come with 1 Xbox controller and a wireless usb dongle with the alpha.

If you mean by the possessor, RAM and hard drive, then yes it is up-gradable in those areas but no the GPU is sadly not up-gradable

I believe you have the specs wrong on the gpu it is NVidia not standard intel onboard am I wrong?

it is a 860 nvidea card souped up for alienware, and so far it is great. its played all games at high frame rate and 1080p. far cry 4 looks amazing. so to all the naysayers I challenge you to build one this good at this price that also is living room friendly with a legit copy of windows 8.1...........I love it!
