I see the pictures but the specs don;t seem to match the pictures. Does thsi computer have 3 videocards or one? Is there an SSD? The pictures are misleading and looks like its froma  different pc.

It says nothing about having 3 gpu's in the specs nor does it show 3 the in the picture. So im not sure where you dreamt that up from. Also it made no mention of a ssd, and the hard drive speed is 7200rpm, which means its a mechanical drive.
