The Alphacool Core RX 9070 XT TUF + Prime with Backplate is a GPU water block for Asus TUF Gaming and Prime graphics cards with an AMD chip. It fits both as Radeon RX 9070 XT and as RX 9070, OC Edition 16GB. It cools the card with a chrome-plated copper block under an acrylic top, and the aluminum backplate is in the box.

Notes

• Alphacool asks that the block be used only with clear transparent water cooling fluids. It warns that the particles and additives in Pastel liquids can clog and permanently damage a radiator, a pump, coolers and hoses, and that this can void the manufacturer's warranty.
• Remove the original cooler on an antistatic mat and clean the card of thermal paste and pad residues before fitting the block.
• The card's original IO shield stays screwed to the PCB when the block goes on, and the manual has it secured with the original screws.
• The manual gives the hardness of the thermal pads as Shore-00 35.
