Alphacool Apex Stealth Metal Fan 2500rpm Matte Black - 140x140x25mm, 140mm, 4-Pin PWM, 3.45 mmH2O, 93.9 CFM, 37.6 dBA, 12V (13760)

The Alphacool Apex Stealth Metal Fan 2500rpm Matte Black - 140x140x25mm is a 140 mm metal fan in matte black, article number 13760. It runs at 200 to 2500 RPM and is controlled via a 4-pin PWM connector. Alphacool describes it for mounting on radiators and as a case fan, and its zero-RPM control can stop the fan entirely.

Properties

• Size: 140 x 140 x 25 mm
• Speed: 200-2500 ± 10% RPM, zero-RPM control
• Connector: 4-Pin PWM, daisy chain
• Airflow: 93.9 CFM
• Static pressure: 3.45 mmH2O
• Color: Black

Whisper-quiet

The fan blades, the motor and its mounting are completely decoupled from the metal frame. A special damping system is integrated between that frame and the fan, absorbing all vibrations. Alphacool calls this decoupling technology patent-pending and a completely new type of system, introduced for the first time with the Apex fan. Furthermore, the impeller features a closed frame of its own. That ring prevents impeller tip flutter at high speeds, further enhancing the fan's performance, as Alphacool puts it. Alphacool says the Stealth is not only one of the most powerful fans available but also remains the quietest at any speed.

Powerful all-rounder

Alphacool calls this fan a true all-rounder that sets new standards in airflow and static pressure. Therefore, in its words, the fan is perfect for mounting on radiators and also ensures excellent airflow as a case fan. The speed can be controlled by the PWM signal between 200 and 2500 RPM, and the starting speed is approximately 200 RPM. The Stealth also has a zero-RPM control, allowing the fan to be brought to a complete standstill.

Apex Design

According to Alphacool, its Apex product line represents the pinnacle of perfection, and first-class materials and innovative technologies guarantee a unique premium product. Alphacool names these as the hallmarks of the fan: high-quality, elegant and timeless design combined with technical innovation. It adds that the robust metal frame and the special rotor are sure to impress. Made of high-quality metal (zinc die-casting), the curved frame gives the fan its distinctive design. Alphacool says it integrates perfectly into any PC build.
