The Alphacool ES Quick Release Coupling TPV PushIn Female Industry Version is a nylon quick disconnect half with a female push-in connection for TPV hoses of 12.7 / 7.6 mm, one coupling per pack. A male and female coupling are required for a complete connection, so this female version is designed for use in combination with a male variant, such as the TPV PushIn Male coupling.

Push-in system

Thanks to their robust construction and push-in system, Alphacool says, installations can be easily expanded or maintained. All couplings in this series are compatible with each other, and they also fit into the existing sets. According to the maker the coupling enables a secure connection that remains reliable even with frequent coupling.

Hose connection

Alphacool describes the tensile strength as particularly high and says it was achieved by a locking collar located in the connection area of the TPV hose. When the hose is installed, this collar engages it and holds it firmly. Once the collar has engaged, this makes it impossible to remove the hose under normal circumstances.

Nylon

Alphacool names low weight as a key advantage of the Industry version. The couplings are made from what it calls high-quality nylon, so they are non-conductive and prevent short circuits. Alphacool calls that a particularly important factor in modern server environments with high packing density. Being ultra-lightweight, the material also facilitates handling and installation.

Flow and sealing

Conventional quick-release couplings often create high flow resistance due to narrow water lines. Unlike those, this series was developed for optimized flow, which according to Alphacool keeps resistance to a minimum while maximizing cooling performance. As always with Alphacool, a double seal is there, and the maker says it ensures absolute tightness for maximum safety. In addition, a locking clip ensures that the two halves cannot open accidentally.
