- Heavy Gauged Stamped Steel Basket - Neuron performance speakers use a heavy gauged stamped steel basket coated in flat black to minimize vibrations. Vibrations on the speaker basket creates distortion and making the basket thicker in gauge dramatically reduces the chances of occurring.
