Does this card include the full height bracket?

It will come installed with a ttf bracket, and an optional ATX bracket. IT is kinda tricky to swap them out, you have to unscrew the side screws of the over plate and the middle bottom near the ports and the screw on the faceplate to pull the cover off and two screws on the board holds the bracket in place that you will have to unscrew to swap them out.

As for performance, it is unremarkable! Apple Quicktime and Itunes runs really smoothly on this graphics card, and also the games seem to work well with it also.

Hard to say without consulting the manual for the computer or chassis.  The card is definitely low profile and has been performing phenomenally in my rig.  The only variable I can think of is the length... can your case accommodate the length?  You might have to break out the tape measure....

I have no idea which video card is best for SolidWorks, Quadro K1200 or FirePro W4300?

They are very comparable cards, same price, RAM, bit rate, display ports, and performance, although the W4300 seems to have slightly higher benchmarks. They also seem to have the same power usage and size. 
I am using this card right now to run SolidWorks on 2 monitors. It hasn't given me any trouble. I even have it in a PCI-E 2.1 x16 slot. 
Not sure you can go wrong either way.
My monitors do not have display ports, only HDMI and DVI, so I had to buy some active display adapters . The card comes with 4 mini display port to display port connectors already. It looks like the Quadro has miniDP->DVI, as well as miniDP->DP, so that might save you some hassle depending on your monitor input ports.

I don't have a Lenovo E73, but this is a half height half length card so it should fit in the shorter space you have with the back expansion slots.  The prev gen W2100 and W4100 should also fit.  Just make sure the top PCI-E slot is 16x long.  Couldn't find a picture of it that wasn't hidden under a cpu shroud.
