The SR150 is a repeater, so it re-broadcasts a wireless signal.  Your reference to  said wireless signal being put onto "the house wiring" makes no sense, so I cannot answer that part of your question.   I hope you don't assume that any wired conduit, be that power wiring (117VAC etc) or ethernet wiring, serves towards the propagation of information, once a WIRELESS signal has been generated; this would be a conceptual error.

Of course I speak only of unidirectional information flow:  OUTWARD.  Once you reply, on your wireless device, the answer you generate will go back into wired form, via whatever wireless access point you employ.   If you are confused on what a "wireless access point" is, then you should Google that.

Please don't assume that a Netgear wireless router (really, a router that also doubles as a wireless access point... that is, a wireless generator... a converter from wired information to wireless information) puts anything, towards an eventual wireless transmission, into a wired information stream, IN THE MOST COMMON IMPLEMENTATION.

That said, the SR150 can also be used differently:  instead of as a wireless repeater, it CAN be used as a wireless access point.  In THIS case, it would receive wired information and then generate a wireless signal.   This not the common implementation, though, because the whole idea of a repeater is that it exist in a location where wiring is utterly non-existent:  example... on building roof separated from another building roof, by 50 feet of air space... with no ethernet cable between the two buildings.  The OTHER building has the wireless access point.  The second building hosts the repeater.  The users are on the far side of the second building, where they lack access to the original wireless transmission.
