What is the max size per drive?

The max size per drive is 1TB. I am not sure that the firmware would be able to use larger drives but the only 2.5" drives over 1TB that I have seen are too tall to fit in the enclosure.

Why does device leave 45mb of unallocated space on the disks after cloning?

Need a little more information here... what size are the drives you're cloning from and to? What OS and software are you using?
