Does this card reader work for both PC's and MAC's? How well does it work for SDHC cards?

i do not have a mac to test it with but see no reason it would not work as long as the mac has a usb port. mine works well on usb 2 and usb 3 with micro sd and sdhc cards.

IS THIS WINDOWS 7 PRO COMPATABLE?

I can't imagine that it would not be compatible. It's just a device that plus into a USB port. If your computer has a working USB 3.0 port, it should work fine. If all you have is USB 2.0, it should still work fine, but at the slower USB 2.0 speed.
