Can I plug a mouse and key board into the hub and use both?
Yes it should be able to do that. I use mine with a webcam, microphone and mouse all being used at once.
Can I use this USB hub to plug my 4TB external hard drive and wireless headphones? Will this work?
This hub can read two 1TB 2.5" solid state drives at the same time without power. To ensure a stable connection, it is recommended that this hub is not used at the same time as a high power consumption device such as a high capacity hard drive.
This usb hub does not work on my HP laptop,why? There is just an error in device manager "unknown device"
You can try the hub with another computer to see if the issue persists. Unplug all USB devices and unplug this hub from your computer for five minutes to retry. If the problem persists, please reach out to the seller for further assistance.
