The reason is that the vacuum bag opening is not completely placed in the vacuum chamber, and the air in the vacuum bag cannot be pumped out. Please place the vacuum bag opening correctly.
What is the difference between "Vac & Seal" and "Pulse Vac "functions?
For dry foods, it is recommended to use the "Vac & Seal" function. Vacuum Sealing foods with liquids, soft, fragile, or easily deformed foods, "Pulse Vac" function is suggested.
Why is the machine not sealing successful?
When using the "Seal "function, wait for the "Seal "indicator light to turn off after the sound of the vacuum pump stops before opening the lid.
How to use Pulse Vac function ?
Press and hold the "Pulse Vac" button until the desired vacuum level is reached, then release the button, machine will automatically seal. If the liquid is drawn out of the bag, press the “Seal” button again after the automatic sealing is finished.
