The pre-filter is washable, does that mean I never need to replace the filter?
No. Large particles like lint, pet and human hair are captured by the washable pre-filter, reducing buildup on the main HEPA filter and helping it last longer. Replace the main filter when needed.
Can I power on and use the machine directly after receiving it?
Not right away. Before the first use, turn the unit upside down and open the bottom cover to remove the power adapter. Then take the filter out of its plastic packaging, reinstall the filter and cover, and you’ll be ready to power it on.
