Are the 3.5" drive mountings tool-less or does the cage rotate or do you have to disassemble the case to insert or replace a drive?

Can't answer for the mounting. I opened a support ticket at Antec but no9 answer. The installation "instructions" have only pictures. I've built half a dozen computers with Antec cases but newer again. I'm sorry I spent so much time trying to install components in this case. They seem to care about looks more than functionality. I'm throwing it away and buying somethn else.  Every other case I bought from them had removable bays. And instruction sheets in English. I guess they don't want American buyers any more.

Do i need additional 3rd party attachments to fit SSD in 3.5" bays? Or is it provided inside the case?

In my experience when using drive bays in a case that is listed to support both 3.5" and 2.5" drives usually has the mounting holes for both on the drive caddy.  The 3.5" drive is usually screwed from the side of the caddy while the smaller 2.5" drive is screwed in from the bottom of the caddy.  Some even come with a bracket that fills in the extra space in order to mount the 2.5" drive in the 3.5" caddy.  I would recommend reaching out to the manufacturer to confirm this information, hope this helps!

Are these all 3-wire fans?

Unfortunately not. The Front fans use a 4 Pin Molex connector, while the rear has the 3pin connector. I really wish they were all 3 pin connectors.

For the GX202 White, is the side window made of plastic or glass? Some of the reviews say one or the other.

Make sure the reviews you read say GX202, the reviews are a mixture of different models.

I have the GX202 black, and the side panel is a dark tinted plastic panel. My case was a lot less expensive than the current price. I'd say check out the be quiet! Pure Base 500DX White, it has much better space, high quality fans, magnetic filters, tempered glass panel, twice the quality and features as this GX202 for a similar price point minus the optical disc drive if you can fit it in your budget.

Is it possible to mount a 240mm fan from an AIO cooler instead of 2 x 120mm fans in the front?

The case is deceptively tight. It's a budget case and there is room for an AIO up front but it would be tough job getting it to fit. The hard drive cage is right in the way of where you need to screw with confidence. Without actually installing an AIO, I would say that there is enough clearance. I honestly don't recommend this case to anyone though. The smoke colored side panel is darker than you think and the case itself is smaller than you think. Save up 50 more bucks and buy something higher tier.

Can you attach magnetic filters to the front or is the grill plastic?

The front filter is not magnetic, the grille is plastic.

Question 7

With the PSU at the bottom, and the MB mounted clear at the top, can you mount a DVD drive in this case w/o it hitting the MB at the rear?  (This seems to me to be the best reason for a top mounted PSU, but they seem to be getting less common.)

Yes you would be able to install an optical drive without hitting the motherboard, the spacing inside the case is done in a way so that the motherboard and optical drive do not make physical contact with each other.  In my experience the backside of the drive barely sticks out from the bay depending on how thick the front panel is and how far outside the drive is positioned so that it is flush with the very front of the case.
