One the pictures shows it has a USB3.1 Type C port on top, along with the two USB ports. But the spec sheet does not say it has the USB-C port. Does it or does it not have a USB-C port? Thanks.

My case has two USB-A ports but no USB-C port on the top of the case.  Maybe new stock is different.  Antec should be able to answer if new stock has a third Port (USB-C) and when new stock is shipping.  New Egg should be able to come up with such information.

I have the P10 FLUX, they come with 2 magnet filters.
One for the right side air inlet, and the other could be used for the front intake if your not using a radiator in the front.
There is an existing quick-release filter on the front, behind the door and before the 3x120mm fans.
If you wanted to, I guess you could use the spare magnet filter behind the 3x120mm fans in the front.

Where do I connect the 2pin fan connector that comes next to the LED connectors?

The 2 pin fan connector plugs in to the JFP1 connector in the bottom right corner of the motherboard below the LED connectors and to the left of the POWER SW connector. The specific location should be shown on the reference material with the motherboard.

ARE THE SIDES SOLID OR SEE THROUGH?

They're solid with acoustic padding on the back for noise dampening. No  windows or RGB lighting on this case.
