Pros: Very nice item, works good. Screen displaly will show local/world/any majore city news/music track/ movie chapter or title.......... Shows new email, weather what ever you neeed. Remote has every button on it you could want. It almost replaces the keyboard and mouse, but wait there's a VR keyboard on the screen you can pull up and use if you want. Price went up a week after I bought it. I can now turn my HTPC on and off with the remote!!!!
Cons: With the remote you have to be at about 90 deg. with the panel, but I haven't had a chance to try it more than a few feet away. Display is only two lines and could be bigger and color, but it was cheeper than, say the Orbital Typhoone display.
Overall Review: I really like this HTPC toy and it's very informative whith the display info. I don't know what oters are talking about; the remote is very well made and doesn't feel cheep. The software does put a disk (valume knob) on the desktop, but you can change the size of it and you can set it to be always on top or in the background. I don't think people are digging deep enough into the programing to find out all the stuff this thing will do and all the settings you can mess with! I might be looking to get the premier for my main computer.
