Does the XP-10 have a 110 outlet on it??  I heard there was a model that did and I am not sure which one that is?

I doubt there is a 110 volt included, but there appears to be an adapter available for this purpose, but I would check with manufacturer to assure it can be used with it- I have added a link to the adapter.    they don't want a link so just search 110 adapter for XP-10

Will this fit motorcycle battery terminals?

Yes it will. It comes with battery clamps that fits any battery.

Had original Xp-1 purchased in 2015 where battery became swollen and unusable shortly after 1 year warranty expiration. Considering this and price increase since last purchase, where is the new version improved or any better? Can I expect this to happen again?

If it was kept in a vehicle it should be kept covered with a thick towel or other insulating device(s) as with all electronic equipment i.e., cell phones, cameras, laptops etc. when necessary to leave them in a vehicle in hot weather.

How long will the XP-10 hold a charge, in other words if I charge it fully and carry it in my truck for a year will it be ready after said year in an emergency?

The manufacturer recommends topping it off every 3-4 months.
