It comes with a single VGA cord sadly, although I would completely buy this monitor as it is wonderful and the color is beautiful!

Power cord yes. 
I believe it came with a D-sub,
 but I opted for a dvi cord not included.

Is this an okay gaming monitor? I am currently using my Vizio tv as a monitor and want to buy this so I can enjoy 1080p Battlefield 1 on max settings.

I have 3 of these in surround display on a GTX 970. The most resource demanding game I play is Drive (on max settings) and I am more than satisfied with the results. The spec/capabilities of this monitor (along with dozens of others)  is about as good as it gets w/o spending the extra $ for something 120hz to do 3D.

I just placed mine on a mount and it uses  75mm.  My mount accepted 75 or 100, so I took the gamble, but it worked out great!

U have to have more than one port on ur video card if so u jist have to make sure of what connection it is and make sure u have a cable and then just plug it in then u have to tell ur computer how to use the extra monitor

Not with the stand thats supplied, no. With VESA, absolutely, just make sure your video settings allow you to make your display portait, cause this screen isnt going to rotate on its own, its not a tablet...
