Is this model 60 Hz  or 75 Hz?   (Note- 75 Hz listed in headline description, but then lists 60Hz in Specs tab!  So which is it?

Just to be clear, it is a native 60Hz panel which can be pushed up to 75Hz with an AMD Freesync video card having it enabled or in the Nvidia control panel manually set to 75Hz. Otherwise, it will default register as 60Hz with PCs and laptops.

try to find out if I can wall mount it..?. all specs are in it but stuff like that is not.

There is a VESA arm mount kit available, but it wouldn't be suitable for wall mounting. The arm in the back doesn't detach from the screen, so it would sit a few inches out from the wall, and the arm will be visible from the bottom.

Is it mountable ( VESA 100x100mm)?

The monitor has a non-detachable arm and a detachable stand; it does not have a VESA mount. But you can buy a kit that adds a VESA mount to the arm -- HumanCentric VESA Mount Adapter for AOC Q3279VWF monitor. It's currently available on NewEgg from a third-party vendor; I bought it elsewhere for much less. It's a bit of a kludge -- the arm still hangs below the monitor, and prevents the monitor from being mounted flush to the wall -- but it works, and I'm happy with the mount and the monitor itself.
