I see that the monitor supports dual 16x9 inputs. Does this work to use it as a dual monitor setup from a single pc?

Yes it can absolutely work as a dual monitor setup. Or even a single monitor setup from multiple pc's, each will have it's own dedicated side. When utilizing multiple devices however (2 pc's or 1 pc 1 console), the refresh rate for each side is limited to 60hz/60fps. If you're intent is to use it as a dual monitor, only to use one side at a time, I'd suggest setting program windows to the center of the screen, using a true black background, and getting the translucent taskbar app, which makes window borders and the taskbar clear. Since it's oled, the only portion of the screen that has power is the part you're using. The black background means whatever doesn't currently have color is off.
