Is this curved monitor really g-sync even though their main website don't mentioned them being g-sync?

Nvidia has an Official list of Certified G-SYNC and G-SYNC Compatible Monitors and their VRR capabilities on their website.
This monitor is not on the list.

Is there a main difference between plugging my headphones into the monitor or my pc?

Yes, each has their own audio processing. I believe the monitor has a special mic input processing that enhances the clarity of your voice. As far as sound output to the headphones I have an external sound card so I do not know how good it is.

Does this monitor have speakers? I cannot figure out how to listen to music without my headphones. Please help.

No, it does not have internal speakers. Only audio output when connected to a game system.

The Specifications say this monitor is .3114mm pixel pitch. That is the spec for a 27" 1920x1080 display.
So is this a 2k monitor or is the Spec wrong?
Gigabyte's site has same spec.

it is 100% 2k. there are 2 different versions. the CV27Q which is 2k and the CV27F which is 1080p.

So I have the Dell 2716DG and I love it, but after buying a Samsung Q6FN TV, I notice more than ever how off the color is with the Dell.....and I am considering purchasing this monitor.  Thoughts?  (Preferably from owners but regardless...)

The reason the color difference is the Dell 2716DG is a TN panel. TN panels are good for really fast response times (1ms on that monitor) but they don't have great color. The Samsung Q6FN is QLED so its going to have beautiful color but will not have fast response time...like 12ms response time. So you can't really compare the 2 because they are built for 2 different things. Now, the GIGABYTE AORUS CV27Q is a VA panel and it also has 1ms response time but has a lot better color than a TN panel will. It still won't have as great color as your TV but it will be better than your Dell for sure
