This is the TOTAL AMPERAGE load the strip will handle. Think about it. If it were rated for 20A per outlet then total current could be 120 AMPS or 20x6 =120. Rather ridiculous when you stop and ponder it for a couple seconds....especially silly since you will probably be plugging it into a 15-20 amp wall receptacle protected by a 15 or 20 amp breaker. This is just an overpriced plug strip that some marketer is calling a PDU. You'd be better served buying a few run of the mill surge protected power strips. They are most all protected by just a 130v MOV.....in quantity at the most the MOV is a 50 cent item.
