Is this a genuine certified APC battery?

According to the permanently affixed front label, this item N82 E1684 2101 236 the APC RBC6 Replacement Battery Cartridge #6, IS a genuine certified APC battery. See the overview as to the claims made. The previous battery purchased from APC lasted 5 years. A more recent battery, which partially melted and deformed, lasted 3 years, since APC was purchased by Schneider. No causation implied - just stating what I know. Removing the battery revealed battery manufactured in Viet Nam, by Kung Long - a WP 12-12 12v12Ah nonspillable with lead (Pb). I do not know where or by who the previous owners made APC batteries.
