Is it possible to turn the LED lights off or are they on permanently? Also how long are the wires?

The wires are 6 in long male molex cords. So powered only by PSU. The LED lights are always on, but not permanently. If you purchase some adapters, the LEDs can be manually adjusted to shut off or adjust RPMs with some desktop programs. Requires program for manual use, and molex to MoBo 3 to 4 pin fan controller adapter.

does this fan  have 4 and 3 pin connectors for motherboard???not the psu connects..... but pins to motherboard?

What is the color in the dark? Semi-transparent crystal blue or saturated medium blue?

Definitely saturated medium blue, the picture next to "performance" in the "Overview" section of the product description is quite close.
