Question 1

I am having a hard time getting the screws to fit 
the Rad I have. I want to use 4 fans for a push/pull
and the holes in the RAD seem a lot smaller.

Not sure what to get to attach this to rad ?

first off Rad ? i assume you mean radiator well if its a 120 mm rad the fans should work fine the screw holes may be smaller but your rad should have come with screws for a fan if not check around your area see if their is computer parts places in your area take a look at the holes in the rad and compare them with fan screws you have best to be safe but and further more. I dont recommend the Apevia fans at all they are cheaply made my one order from new egg i ordered 6 or 7 of these but 140mm now 3 of them are dead they whobble so bad and catch case mesh filter finnaly had to unplug them . lesson learn spend little more =better more stable fans

How do i check the fan size of my computer ?

Sometimes the fan already there will have the size on it. If you know the brand of tower you can look it up that way. I measured diagonally from center to center of the mounting holes of the 120mm fan which measured 5-7/8".  Only other thing to consider would be thickness this fan is 1" just make sure you have enough room in the tower. Hope this helps.

Are the  fan blades green as well as the green LEDs, or just the LEDs?

What is the power draw of 4? Is this able to be daisy chained to have 4 fans on 1 molex?

I dont remember the draw but yes you can daisy chain 4 i am daisy chaining 6 atm

Does this fan come with a 4 pin male and female connector, both separate?
