Could this be used as an intake fan?

this fan can mount so that you can have it blow either direction. I use it as an intake fan, inside the case to cool my gpu. it doesn't make very much noise because it doesn;t spin very fast, but still moves a lot of air.

Will this product work with my antec eleven hundred case cause i recently got a fan that couldn't fit. Also is the green color like a razer product type green or another?

I like the fan.. it's big.. pushes good amount of air.. and quiet. If I had another spot and wanted more green glow I'd buy another in a heart beat.
