Is the window on the side of the case pink, or red?

I would say that the second picture is fairly accurate.  It is more red than pink.  It doesn't necessarily look bad, IMO, but if you are looking for all pink then you may be disappointed.  My daughter didn't seem to mind the color difference.  Also note that the darker color makes the window somewhat opaque so it's a little hard to make out a lot of the components inside.

Question 2

What is the screen on the bottom for? In the pictures it shows numbers or it's blank. Is it to show the temp?

If supported by the Motherboard it will display the Temp of the CPU when connected to the correct pins.

Question 3

The side fan with the color, is it the screen that is red or the fans? If it is the Fan, can this be swapped out for another color?

If I remember correctly ( I ended up upgrading to a bigger case) the screen is red.

What Cd Drive works best for this case?

That depends on personal preference, but any 5.25" drive will work fine.

Question 5

The motherboard we just bought was an Asus M5A99FX Pro R2.0. Does anyone know if this motherboard will fit into this case? What is the best way to figure compatibility?

I put an ASUS M5A97 LE R2.0 in this case and it has about a half inch of clearance. It's 9" wide. I also have an ASUS M5A99FX Pro R2.0 in another build. It's a great mobo. I'm pretty sure it will fit into this case. This case has something like 4-5 fans, it's pretty nice.

Question 6

Is there a way to tell how much clearence you'll have with this case? I plan on installing a XIGMATEK Gaia SD1283 120mm Long Life Bearing CPU Cooler and I want to make sure it'll fit before I drop the money. If There is some way to tell or an alternate cooler recommended for an amd 8350 fx, I'd like to know.

you have about 5.5 inches of cooler tower clearance. i got the Hyper212 evo to put into it and it wont work to tall. I ended up going with a downdraft model of cooler

Will a Corsair H100i water cooler fit in the top mount as well as have enough clearnace for the pump in this case?

I do not believe that an H100i will fit in the top mounts due to how close the fan mounts are to the motherboard tray.  An H100i would come in contact with the motherboard. If they were offset a little more away it would be fine.
